POLICY COST: $20 PER PLAYER Refunds paid under this policy are eligible ONLY to the individual player who purchased the insurance coverage during registration for the 2022 ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHAMPIONSHIPS. This policy does NOT cover a partner unless they too have purchased insurance coverage during registration for the tournament.
ELIGIBLE REIMBURSEMENT / REFUND COVERAGE
PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN - 100% OF ALL PAID REGISTRATION FEES for the following occurrences:
Injury / Illness - Doctor’s note required
Jury Duty - Jury notice required
Partner drops out of the tournament, and you choose not to participate
100% of PAID Event Fees Only (excludes registration fee) may be requested at any time (up until 10 days after the tournament ends) for the following reasons:
Your event bracket (ex: MD 4.0/19+) is canceled due to weather, with no make-up option. If your event starts on the assigned day and gets canceled (with no make-up options) you are eligible for an event refund
If you become sick or are injured before your event starts, and your partner does not find a replacement to take your spot (doctor’s note required)

Players that DO NOT purchase insurance during registration
An event is played with start or format change due to weather or other unforeseen occurrences, and you choose not to participate. This includes Pro events.
If you do not show up to your assigned court on time and your team is disqualified
Disqualification from the tournament for any reason
Forfeiture for ANY reason, including your partner’s decision to initiate the forfeit
If the tournament determines that you registered in an incorrect skill level and are disqualified
If you start your event but need to forfeit due to injury or medical reasons Player withdraws from the tournament
If an event begins and is unable to finish, the policy does not apply to any match played
